I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere; a search yielded no relevant results.
If I have a pierced limb, then receive class 1/2 damage to that limb, do I:
a) Ignore the hit
b) Take the hit to the limb like I usually would, or
c) Take the hit to the torso/call "dead leg?"
