movement while legged

ok.. i have read several threads about the movement while being legged. the jumping and lunging while using the force of your good leg but i cant find if its ok to tumble head over feet if the good leg is used to push off.

its a sticky situation and i donno what to tell the group because i have had guys take the knee but then roll on there backs or stomachs or do a almost summer-salt pushing off there good leg.

could someone with more experience or maybe a marshal help me because its not defined in the BoW very well.
