Class 5 "White" - where's that in the Book of War?

ATD has a process for rewarding and encouraging growth of new members that involves taking a rudimentary test on the BoW and passing with 18/20 questions correct.

One of the questions we've had on it is:

List the five weapon classes, their colors, and give an example of each.

The desired answer is:

1. Class 1, blue, single handed sword
2. Class 2, red, two-handed sword
3. Class 3, green, spear
4. Class 4, yellow, javelin
5. Class 5, white, rock

One of the supplicants challenged the answer of class 5 as "white" because its not listed in the BoW.

Marking - Weapons must be marked with the appropriate color(s) of tape to denote their classifications. This marking tape must be placed in a manner so that Combatants and Marshals may easily see it.
1.2.1. Class 1 Weapons are marked with blue tape on either the pommel or handle.
1.2.2. Class 2 Weapons are marked with red tape on either the pommel or handle.
1.2.3. Class 3 Weapons are marked with green tape on either the pommel or handle.
1.2.4. Class 4 and 5 Weapons are marked in a manner to indicate a Marshal has inspected them.

As you see, no mention of "white" or even yellow, for that matter.

I've been playing for 3+ years now and I would bet the house on having heard "white" class weapons before. Is this a throwback to the old Dag days? Oversight in the BoW? Is there no longer an official "white" class of weapon?

White is definitely from the Dag days, but yeah head only damage and been called white for the 13 years I've been around.

Yep.

It's not designated with a color of tape because it's quite obvious what they are.

As for your specific situation, I'd probably give him the point because it's not something you'd know from simply reading the BoW.
