* Swords?

If i bought I Basstard sword off of forged foam would it pass at an event like octoberfest?

In general, yes, FF weapons pass for Belegarth use. However, that specific weapon states this in the description: **Please Note: This sword does not meet the length/weight requirements for Belegarth.
Edit: Judging from the specs listed on their website, you could add 4 oz. of counterweights to the weapon to bring it up to minimums.

yes, Forged Foam * swords need to be counterweighted to pass.
