Imaginarium Foam Shield question

I was wondering if anyone has seen one of these foam shields from Toys R Us, and if they are legal in Belegarth.

I have not seen them in person, and I want to buy one for my son, but I want to buy it for him to use in Belegarth, although he is still too young to officially participate there are several people in Stygia who are sparring with him, and teaching him, so he uses all Belegarth legal stuff. I am making my own foam shield, based off of the punch shield, but I think that he would enjoy this much more.

I can't imagine those are sturdy enough for anything approaching belegarth combat. you would be better off getting him a small punch shield from forged foam or building one yourself.
