Specific unit rules ^_^

Greetings, I was just wondering if there are specific rules when it comes to the creation of a unit, and just any other rules about units. I did a few searches and couldn't find anything. Also on a side note, what's the difference between a normal unit and a national unit?

You didn't find anything because there are no rules for units. Get some friends, dress similarly, pick a name and some colors and you can be a unit. A national unit is just a unit that has people from different locations. Just don't use a symbol or name from an existing unit, and try to pick an original color scheme. look on the bel wiki for more info on units.
