EVA Foam Supplier

hey guys, i'm looking for somewhere to buy EVA foam in mass quantities, not the golds gym mats at Walmart, but cut to a large size. more specifically i'm looking for 2lb, 4lb and 6lb densities.
anyone know where i can find that?

What do you consider "mass quantities" in dollars?

There are mutiple suppliers, but EVA from each will be different.

It depends on your use as to which suppier may be suitable for your use. It also depends on "big" and "mass" quantities.

For some suppliers, if you do not wasnt $5000 worth of material, they will not talk to you...

What about camp-pad size or similar quantities? And how much/why will eva of the same density vary from source to source?

Yoga mat is not EVA. Yoga mat is Ensolite/Insulite/Marine Foam/some kind of neoprene-foam-rubber-pvc-thing.

You can buy fat rolls of MC (microcellular EVA) from thefoamfactory (http://www.thefoamfactory.com/) among others.

think i heard it was 6# density?

That stuff is more like 4# density; get the 2# from foamfactory and you'll be clean for using it on striking surfaces.

kmart also carries a green one with a very shallow dimpled texture to it. It's in the camping section as tent flooring or something very similar and is the same price and quantity. IIRC the golds gym mat has a layer of rubber or something glued to it that you would need to peel off. I could be thinking about something else entirely though.
