1)1.8-2lb poly core, 2lb MC for the skin.
2) Bandsaw, dremel #80 flap sanding bit, very sharp razor blades, woodburning tool.

And my video tutorial should be up hopefully by Sunday night, I just have the painting stage to finish and then gotta edit 4gig of video into a decent timeline.

If you have access to a drill press they make a dremel power by that which works awesome. The problem with hand dremels and wood burners is they are small and you need to be careful.with uneven shapes. Sharp razor blades work the best. If you are doing big stuff do it in multiple passes and be in a well ventilated area with a mask or wet bandana on your face, the fumes are stupid bad. Same with the plastidip. When you get to that stage use a thinner on your plastidip or it will crack. I believe I used naptha, but there is a list of **** on the back of the can used to clean it up? Mix in a bit of that to thin it out. It will help smooth the coats and keep it from wrinkling and cracking.

watch fitz's tutorial its very helpful i started my PD shield yesterday and so far its lookin really good hopefully ill have it done for thaw brawl
