1/2" squared FiberRods

Just on a strange side note, i've used the twin 3/8's classic style coring but wanted to try to make the "straight" style katana blade. (yes I've read all the inconsistancies with the curved and thought it'd be wiser to go ahead and try what was dun in Dag/Bel.) Now I may be new to the forums, but definitely not building/fighting here in Bel. So simple question is, Is there an online source or common store to find the 1/2" squared FiberRods?

Edit: Also, going with the idea of having a curve. Would using an Ash wood core that's got roughly a 30" blade be worth using, whether or not it falls apart over time?

Thanks flyinggobbo. I also sent out an email to one of the fiberglass companies about making custom "curved' square rods, so hopefully i get a return back, couldn't imagine how amazing it would be for all those who like their curved blades with the same flex as the regular straight rods.

No problem. Im hoping to order from them in a week or so when I get payed. If you get to it before me then I hope you dont mind being a guinia pig.
