Constructing a shield for my bicep.

Postby Garruk » Thu Apr 20, 2017 5:48 pm

Im looking for advice on making a shield to go on my biceps. Something. Like this https://www.forgedfoam.com/?product=coreless-buckler-19
I'm not sure what to use as a core. How to put the straps on. Or how many layers of foam to use. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Those are super easy :)

I make mine like this:
Straps are set six inches from the top, roughly, and the slots are six inches apart width wise. I keep them pretty close length wise. Definitely not to scale.

Nice! What would you recommend as a core?

No core. Just the foam as above.
