can anyone make a black tabard with the uruk hai symbol on it?

if you can draw you can make a stencil out of card board and use some fabic paint to paint it on your cloth.

Are you with the Hruk-hai? If not, I would suggest against using someone else's symbol.

that is a method. but if you have the capability i would recommend sewing the symbol on. it looks wayy better imo

I would agree, before you even think of plastering any kind of symbol resembling a group: and such a group of honor as that I would first become pat of the group.

I agree, are you in the Uruk-Hai? Eastern or Western? If so, where do you hail from and what is your fighting name. I can pretty much say that you wont get anyone to make you a specific unit tabard with out somehow showing that you are a member of said unit.

If you want to start out with an easy way to arrange and design elements of your crest, use some sort of program. You don't even need fancy things like photoshop. My crest, as shown in my avatar, is simply done with Microsoft Word. Yes, the secret's out.
