OPEN CALL FOR ARTS & SCIENCE DIRECTOR: BftR is looking for a volunteer person to lead the Arts & Sciences Department of the event. Duties include: Getting instructors for non-combat and combat courses; scheduling the courses with Site Management Krow Pan and EC Anastasia Nagel; ensuring teachers know their classroom location and show up for class; determining with BftR staff what the event will award to promote art, science, and culture at the event (i.e. best period camp, best armor, ect.); creating a respected senior committee of experienced A&S persons to judge various events in the A&S category if applicable; working with Master of Ceremonies Matthew Bacchus Litster to ensure awards are distributed; generally shaping how the event encourages A&S and contributes as a whole to improving the Belegarth community.
