What is the name of the program that people are using to make there symbols?

I'll take all the help I can get. Because I don't know Puters

AutoCAD (probably not available to you)
MS Paint (you already have it, unless you use a Mac)
GIF Movie Gear (shareware download)

I worked out the geometry in AutoCAD, exported to a raster format (bmp, gif, tif, jpg), edited and saved 16 frames, and compiled them in GIF Movie Gear.
