Winfang,
Do you want this kind of notice for when we notice Spambots or does it matter?

Yeah, so I can delete them.

They can't post, only just continue to make accounts. I should probably
look into a different script for registering, but I've been busy with work.

Winfang most bots will attempt to post to the first forum via...

http://www.belegarth.com/board/posting. ... wtopic&f=1

If you create another forum called GD with the same attributes you can move everything over to it. Then the URL will change for GD.. the last number at the end will be the number of the forum's auto incremented id. probably in the 50's or 60's or however many forums we have.

Just a heads up if we start getting lots of spamalot.

ear959, whose website manages to combine both poker and porn. The internet is truly a thing of wonder. If only it were a blog, too.

They're just registering accounts, but they can't post because they need to be activate by email. Now if they start activating and posting I change that but I doubt I'll be able to fix them from registering unless maybe I changed the directory of the forum but that would cause too many problems.

Maybe you could add one of those number letter codey things to the registration process. Lot of boards are doing that now.
