Belegarth

We migrated the database for the board today. Currently with our original host constantly going down as long as PHP and Apahe stays up on their servers our board should stay up. So for now most /VAR directory issues should be solved. Also switching over to the new server should be easy since this board exsists in tandum on the new server and the old. Their may be some Avatar issues, but we can probably copy them over for everyone when we change servers.
