So is the green forrest theme better, or should I switch back to the brown theme? Personally, I like the green better.

I realize the icons and buttons in the green theme are ugly, but I can change them if we decide we want to keep the green theme. (I'm not gonna bother doing all those icons and buttons if we're not gonna use this theme for a while.)

I prefer the green for the simple fact that I can read it without any serious issues.

The brown theme doesn't display properly on my computer.

Well, sure the green makes everything easier to see, but it's kinda...what's the word? Ah, yes. Fugly. Reminds me of a 5 year old girls bedroom. I think I'm more annoyed by the colors on this "!!!ELECTRO!!!" (who comes up with these things?!) than I was with the things being hard to see on the brown one. At least on the other one, all you had to do to fix the problem was highlight the text you couldn't see. The only way I can think of to fix this themes problems is to get drunk. Very drunk. And, as I don't drink, I'm pretty much screwed.

Alot better then the wood theme. I don't really care for the scroll bars(hard to see...all the same color) or the background though...Just my 2 gil.

I would say I like the Chronicals theme better there were some things that could have been changed.

What if I took the brown theme and made the background lighter instead, and made all the text dark? That way there wouldn't be the problem of light text fading into light background and dark text fading into dark backgrounds.

The problem with the brown theme is that one certain setting might control multiple types of text, so if I make something dark it will show up well on the light background but blend in with the dark background... so it seems that I need to either choose all light backgrounds and dark text, or vice-versa.

I think what was causeing most of the problesm was the partchment stuff. If you could make it all one uniform color, like this one is, it would be OK. I noticed it was pretty easy to read all the stuff on the darker colored ones.

[edit: ok, I just noticed that the borders have the whole EKG thang goin on. Thats not exactally period, if ya know what I mean.]

i have to admit even though i voted that the chronicles was ugly that this one is kind of abrassive even though i voted for it, dam me and my compulsiveness. I just didnt like the writing on the other one, but i did liek some things, like how they had red and blue buttons for new stuff, instead of these funked up spanish/japanese (japanish) little egg moon icon thingys....blah!!!!!!!!!!

Id say either fix the colors on this one to something less suicidal easter or go back to chronicles and fix the writing

Well what if I try a cross between the two themes, like kind of a brown theme, but lighter so all the text is legible?

I would have to say that I agree with many who did not like this theme. Honestly it give me a head ache.

I think if you did lighter the BG and made the text darker that would be a good thing to try.

I personally don't like this ugly green crap. But it isn't bad.

The green isn't bad, but the scroll bars are too hard to see.

I'm getting use to the green...it's alot easier to read then the other theme was

I LOVE the green. I don't know why. It's calming and makes me think of those little mint sandwich candy things. However, I can't see the scroll and I don't think it's my horendous eye sight or spelling.
