You're kidding right? This is not treason nor is it strike material.

This is Chris's sister. Some FBI agents showed up about two hours ago and took him into custody. I don't know what the hell you people here got him into but I'm contacting an attorney.

I assume Akbar's last post is an April Fool's Day joke.

And honestly, a strike for treason? * it, Madog, that's absolutely ridiculous. Regardless of whether or not the statement was accurate, and my view would likely hold it as closer to accurate than yours, it's not treason under any American definition of the word (except maybe of those Americans whose opinions about what's acceptable can be roughly but accurately described as fascist), and it's not striking material.

If that's how you're going to mod the forums, pushing your own radical political agenda, then maybe you need to step down as a moderator.

EDIT: How's this as food for thought. Every one of those 4000 soldiers who has died in Iraq, and the millions more who have died in previous wars, swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America which includes, among many other things, the right to freedom of expression. And you are accusing an individual for treason based on their expression of an opinion? Tough **** if you don't agree with him, Constitutional rights aren't there to protect popular opinions, they're there to protect unpopular ones.

I probably should have posted something earlier, but this has been handled, no need to worry.

Wait wait wait. Let me get this straight. So someone can post this:

Saying that a demon cat is going to devour the baby, and no strike is given. But the moment I arm the baby to take on dangerous felines and even give it a sweet lion's head to help intimidate the cat, I get a strike?

Just seems a bit inconsistent to me.

And what was the other strike for? Just curious.

If it has been handled in the fashion you suggested to me earlier then I think the strikes should be removed. As long as they remain in this thread, the strikes appear official and could be used to count against those individuals in the future.

You may consider just stating the issue in full and getting this over with.

My intentions are that strikes will be unnecessary once the new rules are in effect. It's not a good system.

Being one of the afore-mentioned 'individuals', I can say I trust Derian's word that it has been handled and will be further adjusted in the future.

Thanks for all your hard work, folks.

Madog has been abusing his authority on the board and the strike and ban system for a long time.

It's time for the War Council to remove him.
