How about we split things up to make it harder to run off track onto another subject. Here we can post our ideas about how we want it run with a set of rules.

I have an idea...

If we set up a system where we are going to be using large scale points. We should have some one at the Troll asking each person who is entering if they will be partisipating in the event.

If yes, then they will take down all the fighters information. Then add there name on score sheet. This sheet will have every fighter particapating in the event. While all other score keepers have a similar one. Those that have sent in per-reg. will also have to send with it a sheet stating who is also involved with the event.
