Concerning Drow

To those who could help. I am curious is there a unit that the Drow belong in? If not how do I go about creating one? If there is one how do I go about getting into it? What are the qualifications? Any Help on this subject would be gladly recieved.

There was a drow forum that Kage is in charge of, but it has yet to get unlocked. You would have to talk to (or PM) Kage to find out any specific details about the forum or any associated drow unit that may exist.

I am in the userlist because I formerly played as a part-drow, but I have since changed to being a catboy that shapeshifts into a bakeneko. (Japanese cat-monster) I would make my character drow-based in appearance, but wearing both dark elf ears and cat ears onto the field would be a bit impractical. I also have yet to find elf ears, but I could make the cat-ears if I had some wire and I could find the cloth I need.

Please don't take this the wrong way, as I do like people that bring role playing into the sport, but there has been one person who I have ever known to have successfully brought a drow chr. into the game.
Sir Zaknafien (sorry if i can't spell) knight of Numenor would be a great example, it's been a while since I've seen him dressed up in his finery with full face makeup and all though. Other than that I caution you to be careful, the last thing you want is to be the laughing stock of your new realm. My suggestion, especially if you are just starting, is to go to a few events before you try to bring a large amount of characterization along with you. That way at least people know you before they start seeing some random guy out there with ears and paint on them.

Despite the fact I still haven't gotten any ears, I'd like to think I pull it off. At least make-up wise. Having my story not involve the R.A. Salvatore books also helps me feel good about myself too.

for to playing a drow it relies on the group in wich you are. In germany for example we have a drow city called arach suliss in wich a lot of drow houses exist.

Further there are "free drows" in mercenary groups or something like that.
But in my opinion it is a big challenge to play a drow with the classical backround. It is a very high skilled role i think. One reason is the actorknowhow and another reason i think is to convince in your role.
But if you do so, its great role with a big resume`.

I would like to note that I did not ask whether it was a good idea to be a drow i asked for information on drow units. I also believe that the only way to play the game is with characterazation galore I am a very acomplished actress. I would also like to note that I am a very succesful Drow and I am well respected and I have been doing this for quite sometime in my realm and lastly I am quite contentedly Evil and proud to be so!! I don't mean to sound rude but I am what i am and i am very good at it.
