Liberal amounts of Final Seal will prevent smudging. If you want a cheap but cancer prone alternative, blasting yourself in the face with hairspray will set your makeup just as well if not better. There are no staffs in Belegarth. Because of how they are constructed, they are really Pugil Sticks.
