~Xaviar Stables~ (No Fights. Resting Area)

You stand in a pasture about 20 yards from a large stable complex. The sun shines down brightly, warming you as a cool breeze keeps the temperature from being uncomfortably hot. As you step within the complex, you see a myriad of horses of nearly every imaginable size, shape, and breed held within large stalls, a single, broad walkway splitting them. Small tags are tacked above each stall listing the occupant's name, age, and breed. Several sets of tack hang from a pegboard near the entrance of the complex, each a different size to accommodate both horses and riders of nearly any reasonable size. The pasture that surrounds the stables themselves is covered in lush grass and spotted with large oak trees. As you walk out, in front of you, a trail paved with large flagstones leading to an ornamental pond with a medium waterfall, leaving a gentle sound of water hanging in the air as the sun falling down through large oak trees swaying in a gentle breeze. Under the trees are bright flowers and herbs, the scent of them lingering. A few horses roam the grounds, including colts and fillies with their dams and a few solitary mares and studs. All of the horses have been raised, and are well-tempered and calm, even around predatory species.
