The site has power, Space for camping, Tables, A castle, BBQ stands.

Whoops, Sorry, I didn't talk to Fork B about San Hamin. Storming the Castle is one weekend before San Hamin. I was thinking that it would be later in October. Next year I promise to have it in the middleof September. I would say to everyone that Is planing to go to an event after Chaos War to atend San Hamin first. If you could make it to Storming that would be great. There will be a Discount for anyone that will be attending San Hamin and Storming.
Price for Storming is] $20 for reg. $15 for enyone attending San Hamin as well. Family Price is $30 total.

* Very Important * Please bring with you a set of Knee, Elbow and Helm of some kind (foot ball, field hokey, biker and or a real helm.)

Sorry it seems I cannot link the pics of the maps. On the close up version from the 268B look all the way on the far right of the Map, the grey splock just under dime size (on my screen) is where I want to live. And the look right past it (aka 100 meters) is the castle.

Storming on friday was real fun. We had singing and dancing, drinking, and fighting. It was a nice sunset and good company.

Only one problem, there were only six of us there. WHERE WAS EVERYBODY? I was expecting to see a nice big, exciting event and instead we have a fun little get togeather. Not saying thats a bad thing, but I am hoping to see many more of you guys out there tomarow.

I know I am just a lowly little n00b, but I was expecting my first event to be a grand time of fighting. I know many of you will probably ignore me until I am a better fighter, and I would not blame you for it, but please, come out to the event.

the problem with the event is there is an established event to be held next week, and alot of us went to EQ the week before. Needed a break this weekend, better planning and scheduling will bring more people next year.

As well this is the best site in UTAH!!!! Well at least for the feel. I liked it, not much shade for the field battles... but none in other places as well. Enough on the sides for on lookers though!

if it was not sandwitched between two other events, I would have been there with my boys in tow. Plus it is at the end of the event season, and everyone is ready for a break. Hopefully we can get this event scheduled at a different time so those of us that cant take that much tim eoff can get there! Looks like fun!

There are meny resons that this event failed. But Im not going to get in to that here.

My original intent was to prove that a event could be run there. Allso, I intent for this to be a Event that is hosted/ Co hosted, By Paldor and Ered Duath. Alturating each year. In the pass no-one from this realm has been able to get this park. It would have help't me if Ogden would have posted when there event was. Several months before they did. However, Because of boarder wars and other past dilling with Ogden. There is starting to be some bad blood between Ered Duath and Ogden. If Im wrong, Prove it or say so. I beleave that there is. Im alittle * about it.

When I went to talk to Leeland that was the only day that was open for the rest of the year. I went in to the meeting, Not knowing when San Hain was. The only way to get this park is to know someone from the SCA. Or your not going to get it. Not if you intend to do a Medeival event. Now that I have broken the ice, We can get in there. This was the reson that I had to get the park at that time and I don't mind that it was a **** turn out.

This park is with out a dout the best park in all Utah. Perhaps even all the west. The problem with this park is you MUST get you request in 6 to 12 months ahead of time. Yes it is better then Cyristal Hot Springs.

If Spinx would like to have Yestary, At Castle park. I could go with her and get the park for Yestary. It is my hope that she would like that. Because it is a place that could hold 150 peeps, and if you are exspecting to have more then that, You could upone request. Leeland could open Up more of the grounds. And the price was a flat fee.

its nto a big deal julian, we have tons of events in the west now. Next year, just plan better and coordinate with the other events. As long as you had fun, then the event was a sucsess.
