I need to know what the exact dates are so I can take the time off of work. It is the only event left I might be able to make this year, but I have to get my request in within the next week or two to make sure I get the dates. Thanks a lot.

I wanna say the name of the park is Wolf Creek state Park, but I may just be a dumbass. I do know that it is located in Danville Il (which is confusing, 'cause there is a Danville IN on the other side), but you can try to Mapquest it to get directions, 'cause I wouldn't know which road to tell you to take from where you are. Although Sir Kirin from the Southern Marches would.

Actually it's called Forest Glen and technically it is in Westville, which is about 10 minutes from Danville. I'd give you more info, but I'm not on my home computer.

Who is running Oktoberfest this year? The event itself is less than two monthes away and people have been asking and asking for information with no response. I find this very irresponsible. Somebody who is coordinating this event please snap to it and provide people with the information they have requested.

People need directions to Forest Glen no matter how many times they may have been posted before, there are always new people.

Someone needs to post a waivor form for those under 18 so they have time to get it notorized.

Other information posted could include how many feasts there will be, if there are any special tournements ect.

Information (like a schedule) regarding Oktoberfest will be released shortly. In the mean time, it is October 6-9th, at Forest Glenn near Danville, IL.

what happens if we dont get there till about 12 or so. how do we go about getting our weapons checked then?

Technically, if you get there at 12, weapons check will be closed and you will have to pull a herald off the field to check your weapons.

Practically speaking, weapons check doesn't close at 11, it closes whenever the last weapons checker gets sick of checking weapons, which is quite a bit past 11.

If it isn't open, look for the guys in bright yellow, and either they will check your weapon, or point you to someone who can.
