Foam sword fighting has arrived to Freeport Illinois!

Anyways, I am announceing that there is a new foam fighting group in Freeport Illinois called the Iron Claw.
We are a official group at Highland Community College.
We are trying to have practices/skirmishes every Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 3 p.m. -around 6 p.m., at Highland, but these times and the location is flexible.
Right now, there is no cost to show up and fight.

Tuesdays and Thursdays? Doh!

It'd be a drive, a couple of hours probably, I could totally make it. If there wasn't practice here in Dunharrow on Tuesday, and Loderia on Thursday (Elgin and Yorkville). Maybe we can work something out with the other Dunharrow guys about packing up and comming to your practice on one of our days sometime this Summer.

Trevelyan, you are more then welcome to come, but I do find it surpising that you are willing to drive two hours one way just for about three hours of fighting. But usually we play D&D afterward so it'd be totally worth it! Anyways, if you are serious about coming, please email me at hccbelegarth@hotmail.com and I will give you updates on what we are doing. Unfortunately, we are a new group and bit disorganized at the moment, and the snow doesn't help. But I am hoping to have it regular battles within the next couple of weeks once the snow melts.

Also, is there any Madison or Rockford posters here? Those two cities are within driving distance, although Madison is a bit of a ride.

Dunharrow has a lot of people from the Dekalb/Rockford area, I've put the good word out. Some people are seriously considering it, just wait for it to come around full swing.


I love to visit other realms. When I have a real job, I'm so getting an RV and taking a vacation to tour the world of belegarth.
