List of every event of the year....

Alright, so, not sure if this is the place for this thread; but it made the most sense to put it here.


I'm trying to compile a list of every single Belegarth event of the year.
**And yes, I do want the Chicago Mini-Events, and any other small 1 day events.
**Please also include Season Openers

All I need is the Event Name and what month and what week is usually occurs on:

EX:

Oktoberfest: 1st or 2nd week of October.

Spring War: March or April: 4th week of March, 1st or 2nd week of April

So, if people could please post that basic info about their events; that would be great. I'm hoping to create postable list with this, as well as, to make easier for event coordinators to get their events set up.

The Chicago Area Mini-events are hosted by the 5 Chicago area realms (and best friends, Rhun). Each year we work it out so that each realm gets it's own month. This year was an exception since Slums kinda jumped in, so there were two in August.

We divy up the months, and then the realms figure out the exact weekend from there. So it's never set. We work it around other events, and holidays, and whatever else pops up.

GOREWOOD MINI-EVENTS

Animosity - November 18 and 19th, 2006
Gorewood vs. Arcadia of Dagorhir (THEMED: Orc vs. Human) Small FL event but all welcome if you can make it down... There are no big plans as we don't expect people to drive 11+ hours to FL to see two noob units face off. We do have two Belegrim who will just happen to be in the area who are planning on participating though.

Camp Bleeding Hollow (BHI) - January 25-28, 2007
Orcish/Monster Bootcamp; Four members of the Horde, out of the kindness of their monsterous hearts, are training Gorewood... Invitation only, will be filmed and uploaded for the Belegarth community to view. It is a bi-yearly event. After Bleeding Hollow I, Bleeding Hollow may be opened up to any monster persona who wishes to attend. Nothing is set in stone yet, we want to see how the first training evolution goes...

LOWLANDS MINI-EVENTS

Pirates of the Lowlands
(Late Winter / Early Spring 2009)
A Pirate-based event. It is still in the works. This will be a beach event, most likely held near tourist landmarks such as Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach, and Titusville. The event will include your typical battles, REAL bridge battles, treasure hunts with some nice rewards and more. Did I mention sea battles? We'll be working the next two years at procuring several canoes, and building many floating/waterproof arrows and javelins.

Yes, there will be a Pirates vs Ninja battle. The debate will finally be settled.
