Hi everyone! I am pleased to announce that Northlands will be hosting its first mini-event in a long while.

Cost will be 5 dollars for the day of fighting, all people attending (Fighters or spectators) will have to pay.

Weapons check starts at 11 am with field battles starting at 12.

Party at Ashen's house for BBQ and drinks afterward.

We are currently checking with the proper officials about a hosting site but that will be posted ASAP.

Tossing an ol' bump in here.

We are just waiting to hear back from the city about our site location now...

and speaking of bangin * party's i'm throwing an after hours party the night before friday the 21st so if you like drum and bass good house music (no cheese) or good techno (no ace of bass) let me know and i might be able to get you in for half price... so if your into the whole underground dance all night then fight all day and bbq party all night hit me up and we can get sleep dep together.... i got 1000 sq ft of crash space in my wharehouse downtown hardwood floors and mad windows if you need a place to snooze let a * know, all are welcome.

We got your regular field battles starting at 11 am. These go until about... 6/630, maybe throw in a tourney (don't quote me on that) and after that a gathering and party down at Ashen's place. Address to be posted or something or other..

i've heard rumor of a dark angel assassination tourney hhhhmmmm.......

one thing's for sure, i will be hosting single blue and red tourneys with rugged land prizes and artifacts to be won

NOTE: ANOTHER SITE CHANGE!!!

So, we've had a bit of bad luck with the second location, it's being used by a church group the whole day and they are willing to let people use the park, but for a cost. So, we say nuts to that.

The new location for the event will be Triangle Park! (Note for Google Maps, you will have to look up the Street corner of (San Lucia and San Jose, East Grand Rapids, Mi 49506)

Went very well, despite light sprinkles through the day, but those weren't bad at all and kept the weather cool enough that everyone could fight all day. Tourney's were numerous and very fun, pretty good attendance. Much thanks to everyone from out of town that came up and fought, we really appreciate it.

I'm rather surprised you didn't call me out because I caused the rain.

It was a lot of fun both on and off field shannagains threwout the weekend. A fresh reminder why I love GR.
