The Realm of Andor is proud to announce our second annual event:
TBA- The Battle of Andor 2010

The even will take place On Saturday March 6th and Sunday March 7th at Morely field in San Diego, CA (Directions will be posted later).

Cost: Free (Donations gladly accepted and tokens to remember the event will be available for a donation)

We had good turnout last year we're hoping for even more this year.

Schedule will be posted as it becomes available but the rough outline is as follows:

Check in and Weapons Check Saturday Morning
Field Battles throughout the day
Tournaments in the afternoon
A themed battle towards the end of the day
Feast in the evening

Camping at a local campground (not at the field) with bonfire and other activities.

Sunday More field battles
More activities TBA


We have had no requests for early camping on Friday, so we will not be reserving campsites for Friday. We are still planning to camp on Saturday night. Please let me know if you will be joining us so I know how many sites to reserve.

Would any experienced fighters who will be attending be interested in running a workshop on any skills they have expertise in? (e.g. advanced sword and board, archery, Florentine, foamsmithing, armor crafting etc.?)

We'd like to run some workshops (preferably on Sunday but whatever works for your schedule).

Camping on Friday will be by request only. If you are coming on Friday and need a campsite, please contact me this week and we'll arrange it. If no one needs it we'll just be camping on Saturday.

well the way i know how to get there is to get off the 5 freeway to pershing drive, go past the hospital, drive alongside the golf course till jacaranda drive and turn left (if you pass it go left on Upas St. (stop sign) to Arnold (stop sign) and go left into park.) Jacaranda drive is just past Frisbee golf.(good luck)

Everyone is on their own for lunch. I will have waters for 75 cents. Proceeds go towards the feast. We will have tokens for remembering the event available.

Camping Saturday night Outis has the info on that... I believe its paid for... Donations will be gladly accepted.

Thanks to everyone who came . We had about 40-50 people. Not quite as large as last year but still fun.

The weather didn't exactly cooperate either, resulting in a wet final battle, but that didn't dampen anyone's spirits and didn't prevent a hearty crew from camping on Saturday night and fighting Sunday morning.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success, we'll see you next year.
