Yes, this is the same Montgomery Bell in Burns, Tennessee... the most used (and loved) event site where Dur-Demarion hosts its events.
Equinox is several months away and these prices are subject to change: $15 pre-reg / $20 at troll, per person. Information for that event will be posted closer to the event dates. Thanks!

I already have the days off. Any idea when Pre-Reg is going to open for this event? And is it going to be names pulled out of a hat at the field again or a first come, first get for pre-reg?

Dates for pre-reg have not been determined. The lottery system will probably be utilized again, otherwise, all of the people that send in checks or pay online up until we start assigning cabins would technically be "first come" and the people that show up at the field would be processed after them.

Just curious, the word is that at Ragnarok this year, there were lights for night fighting and a lot of interest in fighting at night. We have done that at a Dur-Demarion event in the past, but is was a bit of trouble to get the lights to the site and not alot of interest in taking advantage of them. If there were lights at EQ, would there be alot of interest?

I seem to have forgotten what the cabins were like. Stupid college and work Dx Whats the biggest sized cabin in the area the event is held? Im planning on bringing my house since the bowling green realm kinda went belly up

I would totally be up for night fighting. The Thunderdome(aka night fighting) at Rag was awesome :axed:

The largest cabins are 10-man cabins, but they can sleep a few more depending on how you arrange yourselves. They don't have any cots, though.

That would be the best April Fools day joke ever! Pre reg usually doesn't open until 45 days or so out from the event, but with new people handling pre reg and registration, I am not sure.

In the past, Dur-Demarion in conjunction with the EBF, has been able to get Belladona and some of her Belly Dancing friends to perform at EQ. However, that may no longer be an option. As another option, Lord Onyx has been talking to an actual Irish Music band to perform. What does everyone think?

I've spoken to Morgakh about the pre-reg dates and Chaos Wars conflicts... she said that the board has a meeting (I think she said this weekend) to discuss a few matters, so I'm sure it'll be brought up.

Back to the night fighting; at Rag It was available, but not really organized;they put up the lights & said fight if you want, for the most part. Night battles, organized and promoted abit could be huge. The one truly organized Rag night fight on Monday where they had a plan, a theme, and a goal, was a huge success; although there were some pretty nasty injuries, none too serious, tho. Hey, that's Rag>

On top of what Bothvar said Rag's monday night fight was amazing, but the biggest flaw was that they ran out of glow necklaces. This was a good and bad thing at the same time, but I would like for everyone to particpate if another one is done.

I'm getting e-mails too and was wondering the same thing. When, what time and where did this meeting take place or when, what time and where will this meeting taking place if it hasn't already happened? Ok as far as this meeting goes I did not say it would be last weekend, I said it would be soon. We didn't have any meeting last weekend. And plzz..plzz do not send any money before the 10th..if you do it will not be accepted.

It'd been better if you hadn't given a time, just a date, because if something goes wrong with the registration page and people start logging on at 12:01 a.m. and can't pre-register Rache is going to start getting phone calls in the middle of the night. Ask Vo'Kor... it happened to him. But, c'est la vie.

I want to go but I don't want to reserve my OWN cabin.. I will pay a "rent" I suppose would be the best way to put it.. just don't wanna sit by myself.. although I may be mistaken at how this works..

This is a great place to ask that quetion. Alot of times, people will share cabins with people that they do not know. What unit are you with? If I see that they are reserving cabins, I can let them know that you are looking!
