PSU: Valhalla: Battle of the Bunny (April 23rd 2011)

Portland State University Medieval Combat Club (aka Valhalla realm) is hosting a short event at the school. Group battles and team games are going to be in abundance.

The event is short however (this being my first event, I'm in the learning process) starting at 1 pm and going until 4 pm on April 23rd (the Saturday before Easter, hence, the title).

The event is located at the Peter Stott Center Field on campus at Portland State University. The Peter W. Stott Center is at 930 SW Hall, Portland, OR 97201. The field is located just north of the Peter W. Stott Center.

My plan is to host an event for each term (except summer) at PSU. Hopefully with lots of participation this will help our club (and therefore our realm) grow. Each event hosted will help the subsequent events get better. Please join us for an afternoon of medieval combatting!

There are no fees for this event, though if you could contact me to let me know if you will most likely be coming that would be awesome.

Do you know anyone in your group looking to invest in really good personal swords?

I am making a batch of 30" broadswords with stabbing tips and handle weighting, 12-12.5oz total weight, that go for $30 each. This batch was intended for Western Wars but if weather is good I could finish up some swords for early-season sale.
