If you want a specific cabin, there will be a lottery on the 17th of March. You must have pre-reg’d for your cabin and PAID by that date. After the 17th cabins will be given away on a first come, first serve basis.
Send in your money for the cabin and your top 3 cabin choices. To reserve a cabin, it must be paid for 100% of its occupancy, except a 10 man which may be paid for 7 people occupancy. Along with this information please include your contact information (character name, real name, address, email, and phone.) If you are paying for others too, include their names (Character name and real name)

• 2 man cabin must have - $40.00 down with 2 names attached to the cabin
• 4 man cabin must have - $80.00 down with 4 names attached to the cabin
• 10man cabins must have - $140.00 down with 7 names attached to the cabin

On the day of the lottery the Secretary of the realm (Mefit) and myself will give each person a number and will place your number in a hat. We will pull out names and assign cabins. Cabins that are taken will be updated on the Belegarth, Facebook, and Meetup pages.
Other important information:
• It doesn't cost any more money to stay in a cabin, or less money to tent.
• There is an extra $2 processing fee for online payments.
• The cabins all have wood floors, electricity, but no heat. The ones with bunks have mattresses with plastic covers.
Some of them have fire places (check the map to find out). A picture of the map will be up on the Facebook page and the Meetup page.
• In order to give the out-of-towners a chance at the popular cabins, cabin preference will be awarded by lottery the first day reservations are taken. So mail yours in before that date.
• If you do not reserve a cabin, come to the event prepared to tent.
• You are responsible for your cabin. Any missing mattress will cost you $100. Damage to the screens will cost you a minimum of $50. If there is damage to your cabin, you will be notified by the event coordinators and will not be allowed back to the event site until the fee has been paid.
• Upon leaving: You MUST sweep out your cabin, place your mattresses back how you found them and shut and LOCK all windows. Event coordinators will mop your cabin for you. PLEASE BRING A BROOM.
• Each cabin must assign themselves a clean-up captain. This person does not leave the park until an event coordinator has cleared their cabin.
• If you leave your cabin a hot mess you will not be allowed to reserve a cabin at your next Tennessee event.

Online Pre-reg will open on Sunday July 14th at 12:15am and will close Saturday July 27th at 11:45pm. This is specifically about cabin lottery. Cabin Pre-reg will be open until 2pm at Elmington Park on July 28th 2013. We will then do the lottery which will again be recorded and placed on Youtube for your viewing pleasure. Please note that signing up for the lottery DOES NOT guarantee you a cabin. If you do not get a cabin from the lottery you will be offered a refund. Also note - while we ask you to list your top 3 cabin choices and try very hard to accomodate your request, some cabins (cabin 29,17, 27 hello!) are very popular and are almost everyone's top choice. If you do not get a cabin in your top 3 choices we will try to put you in a cabin near your friends/unit if at all possible. One last thing - cabin 29 is a 10 man cabin not a 4 man. It has 4 bunks inside, yes but can easily hold 10 people and is charged as such.
