Sorry for the late notice! I didn't realize no one had posted a notice until, well, a week or two ago, actually, but still!

The Dagorhir chapter Byzantium will be hosting its annual opener on 23 March 2013. Details are as follows:

When: 23 March 2013
Where: Evergreen Park, Pleasant Hill Road, Carbondale, IL 62903 (Map)(make note of the entrances, they're easy to miss!)
Cost: $7 (includes feast)
Rule Set: Dagorhir MoA
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old, and have a filled out waiver. If under 18, waiver must be signed by a parent/legal guardian who will be present during participation.
Schedule:

• 9am-Troll Opens
• 10am - Fighting starts
• 3pm - Feast
• 4pm-Sunset - More fighting and Arts and Sciences contest

Note: Garb standards will be enforced at this event. They are essentially the same as the BoW standards, excepting that visible underarmor and t-shirts are specifically prohibited.
