Interest in a Winter Event?

As most of you know, the winter season is all but devoid of foam-fighting events out here in the West.

My brothers and I in Clan Germania are discussing the possibility of hosting a weekend event this coming winter.

Would there be any interest in a Yule-time event, in the manner of the Pentwyvern Harvest Feast?

Anything you would like to see at this event?

California hosts one of the largest events in the country on MLK weekend in January (so it's not that nothing goes on during the winter in the West), but it sounds like you want to do something at a different time than that. Having an event in areas with poorer winter weather might be difficult, but I have heard of people who do "snow battles."

If we can find a proper site - preferably with a large central cabin- my thought was something akin to the Pentwyvern Harvest Feast out in Ohio.

Or, barring cabins, circling tents around big, warm bonfires and just camping. In the snow.
