Red, Green, Blue, Yellow ?????? (and another question)

Postby Urukota » Mon Mar 06, 2006 4:31 pm

Okay, i am totally new to all of this, and i was wondering...What exaktly are the different colours and what do they mean? Could someone explain them and their significance? Also, I made a sword, but not sure if i made it correktly :-S What i did was take a PVC pipe, wrap foam around it and then taped it up a lot. Ton and tons of tape around the foam. I didnt use any glue or anything, is this okay? I will go into more detail later if i must. Btw, it has an 18" blade.

You didn't really make your sword right but it will work until you can make another one.

Blue=1 points of damage. 1 hit destroys armour.
Red=2 points of damage. Can break shields with 2 solid hits.
Green=Stabbing. Ignores armour with a 2 handed strike. No, grazes.
Yellow=Projectiles. Ignore armour. No grazes.

You may have a realm close by with people who can help you first hand - what city/state are you in?

ok big basics
BLUE is any weapon that you swing to hit with upto and including
swords
axes
maces
hammers
flails
RED isa bigger version of any of the above excluding flials
they break shield with two hard two handed strikes
they destroy armor and target area with one hard two handed strike
GREEN refers to any weapon you have put a stabbing tip on you can put a stabbing tip on any weapon provided its safe and every thing also spears and daggers, can diable limbs but only kill in torso shots, two handed strikes ignor armor
YELLOW is progectile weapons like arrows and javilins
rocks are the only weapon that has no core and you throw them a t peoples heads

ARMOR gives you an extra blue hit to target area and ignors all progectils to the head when helm is worn

Also use as little tape as possible on the striking surface.

Instead of using DAP you can use outdoor carpet tape from walmart.
It is more expensive in the long run but is a lot easier to use especially in the winter when most people make weapons.

Lastly, don't believe everything you read on the threads. Use buddies from nearby units to help you make weapons. They should be glad to help.

agreed; it's probably the most versatile weapon on the field, as well as, the most common; followed shortly by reds and javelins, and then bows and spears.
