Wichita, Kansas, new fighter looking for a home

Hey,
Posting this for a battle buddy of mine. He is being stationed at Ft. Riley which I guess is close to Wichita, Salina, and Junction City... I don't know **** about freakin Kansas. Can anyone help him out? He is graduating from AIT in a couple and I got the bug in him, hoping to hook him up with some fighters out there when he moves. He has never fought, never even held a sword, and God willing I will never be stationed in freakin Kansas to help him out, so I am hoping to pass this off to some locals.

Hey guys, im new to dagorhir but i have been going to the Stormwrath group for a couple weeks. If you need any info i could help or hook your friend up with one of the leaders. here's the link to the Stormwrath website http://stormwrath.webs.com/

Also a question: whats the difference between Dagorhir and Belegarth? I have seen Stormwrath called a Dag AND Bel group.

Really there aren't many differences. Mostly in the rules set(which are minor) and in the way the organizations themselves are run. We all hit each other with swords, share drinks at parties and hang out.
You planning on hitting up Gates of Summer this year?

The only real difference is at the National Level of the Organizations. At the realm level, there is practically no difference. Just go have fun mang.

Gates of Summer is in Holden, Missouri and will last FIVE days. The largest it's been is 380 people a couple years ago. There aren't many events in that area(I lived in Lawrence, KS for 4 years, trust me) so you should go to this one. It will rain. But you will had stupid amounts of fun.

And yes, Stormwrath is awesome, just fought with them for the second time this Saturday. Good group of guys. Fun way to come off of a hiatus.

Lots of fun was had, though I had a bum hand from overdoing it on the chainmail, and took a glaive to the mouth. Can't wait for next Saturday, my teardrop came in the mail.
