viewtopic.php?f=85&t=29789 See this post for advice on starting a realm.
Also, though I don't know that Dag group personally, my experience with Dag has not been standing around in garb all practice. Granted, the group I cross-game with does have a large non-com presence, so there usually are a lot of people standing about, but those who take the field bring it just as hard. Working with other local groups, even across societal lines, will help you grow as a realm. Invite them to come fight, ask them for help running demos, visit them to help bolster their practices. Build an all-in-all good working relationship with them, because in the end we all just want to swing stick, regardless of what parent organization we belong to. It'll be good for both of you, in the long run.
That isn't to say that they are cross-game friendly, not all groups are, but it's good to take the initiative and try.
If that thread that I linked doesn't answer all of your questions, please post again!
