Yeah, I really don't know how I could train anyone adequately from hundreds of miles away. I'd like to help, but only time can train anyone well.

Heck, honestly, with what that newspaper article did for us... right now, we've got a hotbed for practicing your heralding. We've got 10-15 people every week with only a week or three under their belts, so a strong herald presence is in order. Heck, if you wanted to practice heralding, let us know and you can practice on our new kids.

You'd certainly be made welcome either place you decided to go. In the end, try to know the rules as much from memory as you are able, and then just simply practice it.

This gets me thinking. I know the rules backwards and forwards and I've been doing a lot of the heralding here in Rh?n and that's going fine. Nonetheless, I got my start in a group that never used heralds, and I still find myself reluctant to call shots on fighters unless it's really painfully obvious that it landed clean and they should have taken it. Anyway, if anyone from here will be doing any heralding for Arm later this week I'd love the chance to walk along and absorb any advice or wisdom you may have to impart - I'll be there for fighting on Th, Fri, and Sat. Thanks!
