Mapquest it

Glad to see more groups in the burbs.

If anyone from your group is interested in making other practices in this area there should be a good number depending on how far you're willing to drive.

Off the top of my head there are realms in... Elgin, Dekalb, Palatine, Round Lake, and in the city itself. [/url]

Round lake no longer has a practice.

Sunday:

Palatine (Not sure on time, I think 4-?)

Tuesday: Elgin 5-?

Wednesday: Dekalb 4-?

Thursday: Yorkville 4-? (I think it's 4, might be 3)

Saturday:
Romeville 11-?
You guys 1-4
Elgin 3-?

I think you should come visit us after your practice one day.

Also, you should work on a weekday practice, I go to school at DeVry in Addison and would love to visit... but I'm not in school on Saturday :p

I also added you to the Chicago Area Realms group, there you can get more information on things going on in and around Chicago.

Right now on your calender should be:

A. Rhun in June(ish) on May 31st. This is an event in Madison Wisconsin. I know it's soon but if you guys can get there you should try.

B. Armageddon. It's actually pretty close to us as far as events go, from what I hear you take 88 out to 39 and it's about a half an hour south on 39. You guys are right off of 88 I think, perfect for you.

It would be a crime against foam fighting if you DIDNT make it to a national event that was so close.

*Edit

Elgin on Saturdays is 3pm start I believe.

Thanks for all the info guys. The group so far consists of some younger members from a local boy scout troop I was previously involved with, so there are only a couple of them that can drive unfortunately. As for myself however, I'll try to make it out there for at least the Wisconsin event. As for a weekday practice, it's in the works. Like I said, some of the boys are younger and still in school, so when I see what their summer schedule is like I'll get the day and time posted on the board for y'all. If someone could give me the area where the elgin team practices, I think I'll either stop out there tomorrow or this weekend.

Try this...

Try this link for Elgin practices. Wing Park in Elgin.

Park in the lot right in front next to Wing Street. There is alot of youth soccer going on, but fighters are normally up in the front field as
well

For the life of me I cannot embed a URL today

Oxygen gets you high. In a catastrophic emergency, you're taking giant panicked breaths. Suddenly you become euphoric, docile. You accept your fate. It's all right here. Emergency water landing - 600 miles an hour. Blank faces, calm as Hindu cows.

If you mapquest/google map the intersection of Wing St and Wing Park Blvd you'll find the park entrance.
