New belegarth player, old boffer player.

Postby Balin » Fri Jun 04, 2010 6:09 pm

Hello to everyone. I am a new belegarth player, only about 3 weeks, but I have been playing boffer for about 2 years. I am pretty good at making boffer weapons, is there any difference between boffer and belegarth weapons?

In short, most likely. You would want to go to the wiki, Geddon.org. There's the How to Build secton. Take some time to build a few Blue Swords, and get the hang of how it works.

Read up on the Book of War. It is our rules set and has all the information needed for weapon regulations. The wiki is also awesome because it has pics.

Belegarth and most boffer systems are about as similar as Drag Racing and pizza delivery. Sure, they both use motor vehicles, but that's where the similarities end. You're going to be able to use some of your glue experience and your expertise cutting straight lines on foam. Otherwise, everything will be different.

Check those tutorials.
