Im sorry, but witty as that is it doesnt answer my question in the least.
Nor does saying that since it looks kinda like a glove its 'doing it wrong'.
What is unbreakable armor? Its a simple question and it should have a simple answer instead of a snarky one.

the entirety of the arm

The question is entirely reasonable as all armor is 'unbreakable' from 1 handed green shots.
To break it down for ya, a shield is unbreakable by blues, yellows, whites and greens. It soaks two reds before you get hurt. This is much stronger than actual 'armor' which soaks one blue shot and infinite single green shots, but any double green, yellow or red shot disables the target. Therefore having something that functions like armor, but protects like a shield is referred to as 'unbreakable armor' because it is proof against any damage except red and even there completely protects you for two red blows.

Unbreakable armor is any piece of equipment (such as a weapon) that is designed in such a way that it covers a target area and prevents it from being hit. The reason that this shield would be 'unbreakable armor' is that it encompasses the entirety of the arm.

I was made to understand by the vets in Stygia that even if a weapon hits you on the inside arm part of a strap shield that it counts as the shield. I think that he should cut out a piece on the arm and then it should be legal. Any vets care to explain to me why this logic is flawed? Or which is right, the inside forearm of the shield is same as shield or not? Thank ye.

I would bet you the arm part passes the 12 inch rule. Since curved shields are measured along the face of the shield, not the diameter, as long as you make the arm part big enough to have 12 inches of foam when measured around...your golden. LOL
