I like how Purp is the only guy using a sword in that clip. The rest is all quicktube.

Cop-out.

It's ok, omni-clubs are trendy right now. No need to over justify.

quick tubes are a bad name for anything. they are using clubs, due to the fact that they have haft-padding.

and where was this?

Peter's right. People have been using clubs in this sport for decades. Its only been recently that the full length omni club has been popular. These are traditional, properly weighted barrel clubs.

'Traditionally-weighted full-length omni-club' is too much to say. I'll just stick with 'quicktubes', thanks.

Sorry Par but you're slamming your head on the brick wall. No matter what evidence you bring forward you won't be able to change Forkbeards opinion of the clubs or bats or what the **** ever you want to call them. I personally don't care what people use against me while I continue to play this >SPORT<, but the debate should be had.

From my standpoint, they are light bats. I held one just to see and they are pretty * light. I guess technically you cant call them tubes because of the haft padding, but whatever.

I don't care about quicktubes or clubs or stuff like that. It isn't the weapon that makes the fighter.

Par you have this "My stuff is the best." elitist attitude, and we get it. You don't need to keep stating your case on the boards. Just keep doin your thing without butting heads where it isn't necessary.

Fork, there will always be quicktubes, the best way to say "those are ****" is to go out there and out fight everyone that uses them. There are people that use them but can still pick up a sword and be at the same level of skill. And there are the people that use them and would be throwin flats all the time if they picked up a blade.

Honestly this whole debate has been used as much as Courtney Loves * on a any day that ends in "y". Do it in person at events so the people that just want to fight can laugh at you while you waste your time.

You have it all wrong Purp. We'll be the ones laughing at them, not the other way around. And haft padding or not, still a quicktube. Get mad.

Purp, ya got me all wrong this time man. I totally take pride in the weapons that I make, and yeah, I think I've got some sick stuff in the bag, but honestly I don't care if people hate on my gear. I just want people to KNOW what they're hating on. I personally don't use clubs unless I'm florentineing. I don't like the way they strike, but if these are getting hated on because they're 12oz kitespar turbo bats then they're getting hated on for no reason.

People hate on the bats and tubes because they are round and usualy light and blah blah blah. You really shouldnt care. As long as they are legal you're not doing anything wrong. But you make some comments that sound overly * and it's because they don't transfer to the internet well.

People keep jumping on the either side of the arguement because their friends are doin it. Which is pretty sad. I'm friends with both you and Fork. My opinion is based on the fact that I hate petty drama *, and thats all I can read the quicktube arguement as.

Par you do make good ****, you should be proud enough that you shouldn't have to feel like deffending it on the boards.

Now, I probly am wrong on alot of this because I am still new. But it just seems like it has been blown out of proportion.
