Thurat, tree of life starts out as a cutthroat. When a person dies, he heads over to the designated regen point. When there are a certain number of people at the point, typically anywhere between 2-5 depending on the total number of fighters, they respawn as a team.

What the Geddon calls "Tag Team", or "Rotational Teams". Ok. Thanks for clearing that up Kyrian!
