1.4.6.2. Double-ended Weapons must have a minimum of 18 inches in length of padding covering each end in a cylindrical fashion. Both striking surfaces of this weapon must follow Class 3 Weapon standards for a Double-ended Weapon to be legal.
Based on the information I received here (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=39036), this is indicating that 18 inches of striking surface are required on each end. The way it is written right now, someone reading it could understand this to mean striking surface or haft padding. Accordingly, I would like to see this rule changed in order to make it more clear on the intended interpretation.
