Is there going to be pre reg for cabins?

Beltaine pre-reg starts on Sunday April 1st. Dur Demarion's members can pay at practice, I will be there between 3:00 and 3:30 pm. If you would like to pay online that will open at 12:00 am April 2nd.

What you need to pre-reg

Full names of all members being pre-reged for. (not just their character names.)

Pre-reg price is $15.00 at the gate it will be $20.00.

Cabin prices will be as follows.

10 man will be- $105.00 and at least 7 names.

4 man will be - $45.00 and at least 3 names.

2 man will be - $30.00 must have 2 names.

I am very sorry to say but it seems I had the prices for the cabins down wrong. These are the correct ones. For those members who pre-reged today you do not owe us anything else. Like I said this was entirely my fault.

Can I get a clarification? I need to ask for the days of the event off, but I'm worried on which one is accurate.. Is it the 5th to the 8th or is it the 3rd to the 6th?

Also: Is the clean-up day taken into consideration with the date? Or will it be like the 3rd to the 6th is the event days, and the 7th is a cleanup day? I'd like to stay over and help with making everything nice and tidy afterwards. Please get back to me ASAP! Thank you!

These dates are correct it is the 3rd to the 6th. The dates for Bel and EQ change every year b/c of our location, but we do try and pick dates that are around the same time every year. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes everyone must be out of the park by 10:00am sharp on Sunday the 6th.

What you need know -

What need to give along with payment-
10 man- must have 7 names, 4 man - must have 3 names, and 2 man must have 2 names (full names, first and last )

!!Things to keep in mind. !!

- ID is required to enter the event.

- Check in price at the gate is $20.00 if not pre-reged.

- All minors not being accompanied by their legal guardians must have a signed and notarized waiver, and ID in order to enter the event.

- All Chaperons must have the same as above and you are only to have two minors.

( This means all camps and must cabins must be cleaned and cleared by 10:00 am. )

Feasts:

Friday - will be soups, bread, cheese, and fruit.

Saturday - will be poppy seed chicken, fruit, bread, cheese.

Drinks - will be sweet tea, non sweet tea, water, and lemonade for both nights.
