How much does it cost to attend?
- $30 if you pre-register* by September 30th. At the gate, $35 on Wednesday and Thursday, $25 on Friday, and $15 on Saturday. Prices change on Friday and Saturday at 8am.
My kid wants to come, what are the prices for children?
- Ages 12 to 15: Wednesday through Friday price is $20, Saturday it decreases to $15.
- Age 11 and under: Free.
I just want to attend for just Saturday, how much is that?
- $15. You must check in at troll, fill out a waiver, pay, and then check out at troll before Feast (for which you may find a nice surprise).
What information do I need to give for registration?
- Your first and last name, your fighting name (if applicable), and your unit and/or realm (if applicable). If you are paying for multiple people you should include their information as well. You will also be required to fill out a waiver.

Persons 15 and under must have a notarized waiver and be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, no exceptions.
Persons 16 or 17 years old must have a notarized waiver and be accompanied by a chaperone that is at least 21 years old. Each minor needs a separate chaperone, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
What does my registration fee cover?
- Two feasts, entry, and the right to camp.
When I check in at the gate, what information do I need?
- "Proper identification is required by all participants (fighting or not) to attend the event. This means you must provide a state/government issued photo ID." - Sir Misti. You must also fill out a waiver, provide your first and last name, your fighting name, and your unit and/or realm.
Do we still get free firewood?
- No. Please do not cut down live trees. You can also buy firewood for $5/bundle at the camp store.
Can I bring my own firewood?
- No. There has been a rash of a highly destructive insect called the Emerald Ash Borer plaguing ash trees, absolutely wiping out hundreds of them. Lumber, however, is fine.
How do I reserve a campsite?
- There are NO GROUP RESERVATIONS all sites that are unclaimed are first come, first served.
Is there still a feast?
- Yes, on Friday and Saturday.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
- Yes but you must have your dog on a secure leash, with leash in hand at all times your pet is with you. You must also clean up after your pet whether it be droppings or damage to the park property. If you are not with your pet you are required to put them in a crate or tie them up. Overall it is recommended to leave your pet at home to avoid stress to the animal.

What is the best airport to fly into?
- "Depends who you ride with. The two closest ones are Chicago O'Hare and Bloomington/Normal. I'm sure you can find someone that would be willing to pick you up from either." - Caleidah.

Is there a set time at which the campground is closed?
- No, it is open all night long.
What is in the vicinity of Comlara insofar as food and etc?
- It’s 15 minutes outside of Bloomington.

Where will the classes be held?
- This depends on the number of participants and what’s necessary for the class. After the list is finalized, a scheduled will be posted with times and locations.

Fighters
What days will there be scheduled fighting?
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, if enough people show up Wednesday, we may throw something together.
When and where is weapons check?
-pavilion next to fighting field, from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. Missiles check will be closed at 11 AM. Head heralds will spot check weapons for late arrivals.

Merchants
How much is booth space?
- $55, both for pre-registration* and at the gate. There is no difference in price based on how many days you are attending.
How can I pre-register?

What does the vendor fee include?
- Entry for one person, vendor booth space, and a vendor certificate that must be displayed in your booth. You will also be allowed to camp behind merchant's row.
What must I provide as a vendor?
- Your own tent, whatever you are selling (obviously), and any additional accoutrements such as tables/etc for your booth space.
Are there electrical and water hookups?
- There is power outside of the showerhouse and one water pump along the main road.
