Chaos XV schedule

Its the 25th of July through the 31st. Everyone should have already known that but just in case
Couple of clarifications anywhere this is (BANNER POINTS) just like that next to a scheduled item its for banner points (just for those who need me to be captain obvious). Also each day will have some space for unofficial stuff that won't be on the "official schedule" or print outs or w/e but we'll have multiple bulletin boards throughout the camp that can have the unofficial stuff posted such as unit/realm trials and other fun activities that groups want to throw on their own. Please don't schedule that stuff over the official schedule we've tried to really accommodate for you guys and left u lots of time in the evening after the official stuff is done.
Monday:
8:00am Arrow Weapons Check starts
9:00am Weapons Checking class/orientation
9:30 am Weapons Check(This will be the only early weapons check of the week since we can't check before lunch and have official fighting before lunch without it sorry).
10am Arrow Weapons Check closes
10 am Troll Opens
10:30 am Weapons Check ends
10:30 am Fighters to the Field starting with 3 Unit Battles (this will be for the new unit only competition more explained later). Following the 3 unit battles we'll do our 3 Scenario Battles of the day (BANNER POINTS). Once those are finished we'll have regular fighting until Lunch.
1pm Lunch-4pm
4pm Fighters to the Field starting with 3 Realm Battles (this will be for the new realm only competition more explained later). Following the 3 realm battles we'll do our 3 Banner Battles of the day (BANNER POINTS). Once those are finished we'll have regular fighting until official fighting is done.
7pm Official fighting is done for the day.
7pm The Green Tournament, The Red Tournament and The Florentine Tournament at the field.
7pm Troll Closes.
7pm to dark is unofficial fighting
At dark night fighting begins and goes until 1am.

7:30pm at the Monster Feast the non-alcoholic mix off (BANNER POINTS).
At dark night fighting begins and goes until 1am.

After the Sword and Board Tournament the Newbie Tournament and The new Duo Tournament at the field.
7pm Troll closes.
7pm to dark is unofficial fighting.
At dark at the field is the slave auctions (to earn money for Valas' Pub) followed by the Gladiator pits hosted by Bishop and the GS it goes until it ends.
No night fighting Wednesday because Glad pits/Slave Auction will be taking place there, once those are completed night fighting will last until 1 am.

At dark at main fire is the Bardic night there will be both a period and non-period competition both will be for (BANNER POINTS) separately of each other.
No night fighting Friday because we've observed that most everyone participates in the Bardic night. If there is enough people that want to fight then we'll turn the lights on anyway.

Also for an award is the return of the Washers tournament but this will be scheduled and worked out between players as explained later.
Awesome so ill have explanations for all the tournaments and the banner points break down etc. up soon. This schedule is subject to probably at least some change before the event but I promise that its pretty close to where it will be and will be completely there asap.
