The party that Hellhammer is hosting is on Friday night, not Saturday.

If no one else is on it I'd like to teach the aggressive shield work class.
I won't be getting to fest till friday afternoon but if possible I'd like to do it sat. morningish.

Heya Frosty. My ride schedule changed, and I won't be there in time for trash detail thursday. Switch that to Troll Friday from 9am to 11am. Sorry for the inconvenience, dude.

Frosty, I just wanted to let you know that your missing 7-9pm toll shift on Wed...it goes 5-7pm then 9-11pm...just wanted to give you the heads up

Saturday Feast Menu:
(Going German style in recognition of Öktöbërfëst )
Main: Beer Braised Bratwürst
Sides: Potatoes, Bigos (an admittedly Polish dish made of saurkraut and fresh cabbage.... i"m sure the Germans ate it at some point)
Dessert: Fruit kebabs (plums, peaches, and apples grilled on a shish)

Vegetarian: replace grilled Squash for brats

also, Frosty, feel free to put me on the troll schedule anytime after 7pm on thursday.

Cash only to pay your entry * the door for Oktoberfest this year. We've tried to run credit cards from troll for the past couple years and it's just been a hot mess. So, bring cash! No checks either.

We are trying to put the finishing touches on the pre-reg list so, if you are not on the list and you should be...please send me a pm with your info. There are a bunch of people with +1's, +2's, +3's...etc that never sent in their info for the additional people. If you are one of these people, please send me a pm with your information. It makes it much easier to keep track of names of people that have paid rather than +'s. If you do not provide this information by 5pm tomorrow (10/4/11), you may not be on the list...if you are not on the list...you may have to pay at the door.

I realize the issue. Kegg is going to be looking into this today. Don't panic. I think everyone has made it on the list, it's just a matter of the ones I listed above that I need additional info for.

is there a place for us to view the complete list? just with all the issues I would like to confirm being on the list...especially since will be merchanting

Awesome. Can move it back to 11am saturday. That'll give me time to sleep off the inevitably hangover.

Great OctFest, we had a lot of fun! We'll probably post a review from the merchant's side later when we have fully recovered.
