Beltaine 2013 will be held Thursday May 2nd - Sunday May 5th 2013!

Troll will open at 6pm on Thursday and check out will be 10am on Sunday.

I have heard great things about this event year after year. I'm sure this will be another great one. Everyone on that half of the country needs to get to this event (and maybe people from our half too!).

Cabin lottery has been held! We have increased the budget for this year due to the number of pre registrations! So you can look forward to 2, yes thats TWO full feasts this year! Both of these feasts are being prepared by Gavin and for those of you who have had his food you know it is some of the best feasts around! (For those of you who have not, Gavin is a professional chef and a great one at that)

We also have a casino night planned with gladeator pits, games of chance, and over $500 worth of prizes in a raffle. To participate you have to wager your tokens to earn as many as possible and then buy tickets to enter.

Beltaine is one of the oldest events in existence in foam fighting, held at what is, in my opinion, the BEST EVENT SITE IN THE NATION!!!! If it was good enough for Ernest Goes to Camp, then its good enough for me!

it says pre-reg is $15 so why did it charge me $17 when i did all of our pre regs for my house ? im just curious

most likely to accommodate the extra cost of using Paypal or whichever online payment system. It still saves you like $3.

Brutus, did I answer your question about minors? I've literally been getting 3-4 emails a day about Beltane and I want to make sure your question was answered!

The extra $2 charge is because Paypal charges us to use their site. If you want to save on this charge you can send us a check via USPS.

Brutus go ahead and just bring a check or cash to troll and I'll charge you pre-reg price. If you are coming in on Thursday Mefit will be at troll - just tell him that I told you you could be charged pre-reg price because Angel was worried your check would not arrive in time for Beltane via mail. If he has any questions, he'll walkie me.

Attention those going to Beltane:

Bring a bottle of wine to share for the wine tasting event I am hosting on Friday Night. Arm bands will be given out so only those who brought a bottle can share in the other bottles brought.

If you want to dance the May pole, I am bringing the wreath and the 10 foot pole Please bring 6 yards of ribbon.

I am bringing "Dragon Eggs" for the children to have a Dragon egg hunt Just before feast Saturday night! please bring bags for the kids to put their eggs in.

Also please be prompt in bringing your weapons to check,we the checkers do not want to have people wander up at eleven to get thiier stuff checked as we are packing it in,of course if its a case of you showing up mid day we can abide.Also weapons check is a lot like voodoo,if you leave offerings of liquor and tobacco,it seems to go smoother

I saw breakfast at 8 at the great hall? are you advertising me selling breakfast (like always) or are you giving it away free?

I sell pancakes, breakfast wraps (bacon or sausage egg and cheese combos), sausage gravy and biscuits. If you are giving breakfast away, no one will buy what I spent a lot of money on.
