My Hakama are 5 yrds per leg, 10 yrds total. If you dont have at least 3 yrds per leg, they aren't Haks, they are baggy pants.

In fact, the pattern for the pair I'm talking about was:
I got 6 3-4" pleats per leg on 'em.
